The right AP lithium-ion batteries help you to be able to use STIHL cordless tools even for demanding work. Four LED lights keep you constantly informed about the charge status of the battery. Thanks to new power laminate technology, the STIHL AP 500 S battery offers you twice the number of possible charging cycles compared to previous STIHL batteries. The power output has also been increased again compared to the AP 300 S from STIHL. The STIHL AP 500 S battery can also be integrated into the STIHL connected fleet management system. This gives you transparency about the actual operating time at all times.
You can charge the STIHL AP 500 S with a rated voltage of 36 V with the rapid battery chargers STIHL AL 301 ;and STIHL AL 500 or the standard battery charger STIHL AL 101.

All cordless tools in the STIHL AP system are designed for professional users and for daily use, even under adverse weather conditions . Therefore, they have tested splash water protection. The effectiveness is proven by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
